The Sun, traveling through Capricorn this month, brings us down to reality as we look around and take note of what we have manifested here. . . until it enters Aquarius on the 19th, and we forge ahead with authenticity foremost in mind. Capricorn energy is what we use to create this world of form, and we have just now entered a long period of time (with Pluto beginning its slow journey through this sign) when we will transform the structures of this world to become places that hold seats of power for all our souls. The full moon on the 10th in Cancer reminds us that it is through honoring our feeling selves that we become capable of manifesting a healthy world "out there" to exist in. The new moon/solar eclipse on the 26th in Aquarius brings whisperings of our inner dreams into our awareness.
Mercury enters Aquarius on the 1st as we find ourselves expressing our views more openly and freely. Venus enters Pisces on the 3rd, softening our sense of self and bringing a gentleness to our movements. Jupiter enters Aquarius on the 5th, beginning a year-long journey through this sign, expanding us more fully into our authentic selves. Mercury turns retrograde in Aquarius on the 11th (until the 31st), deepening our connections to, and honor of, our uniqueness. Venus conjuncts Uranus in Pisces on the 22nd, reaffirming our respect for our personal spiritual values. And Venus opposes Saturn in Virgo on the 24th, as we search for new ways to ground our power here.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) — Happy birthday, Capricorn! Now is the time for self-revelation. What have you been hiding from yourself? There is no time like the present to let the truth wash over you and surrender to the need for greater self-acceptance. Regardless of what you may have been taught, you have the right to exist here in your totality.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) — The keys to the answers you seek lie in your passions, Pisces. There is great energy to be tapped as you reach toward the things that inspire and ignite you. It is like night and day. There is nothing to propel you to stay immersed in the things you do not care much about. Let your passion pull you in the direction you want to travel.
ARIES (March 21-April 19) — The answers you seek now are not to be found in your mind, Aries. Your job is to relax into your heart and feel your way around in search of the way to move. Logic does not apply here. Oftentimes, there is nothing but the unknown to work with. This is something we all need to become more capable of navigating.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20) — You are a pleasure-seeker, Taurus. You go in search of what makes you feel good. This can be harmless when it is done with a sense of caring, and you bring that now to what you pursue. Go forth and find what you want. There is so much to enjoy in this life, and you deserve to be happy and fulfilled.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20) — Your capacity to consider the mixed motives of others has dwindled, Gemini. It is quite amazing to look into what drives others to perpetuate their agendas, but that can also be an energy drain. You see it and you move past it. You know that you are not what you may appear to others to be. And that is all you need to know now.
CANCER (June 21-July 22) — The work you have done pays off in tangible ways now, Cancer. What you have pursued has led you to a new kind and level of success. You have been willing to consider a different set of goals for inspiration, and this allows you to experience the joy of accomplishment more fully because you are more immersed in the things you care about.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) — There is no holding you back, Leo. The forces larger than yourself call you into action and you are more than willing to make the moves necessary to go in the directions you need to travel through. Life is an adventure and you are up for it. Go forth and enjoy the ride. There are new things awaiting your discovery.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) — You take the reins because you don't want to leave things up to others, Virgo. There is a delicate balance at play. You choose to show up a little less for others, and this frees you up to be less dependent on those outside of yourself to provide you with the things you need to go forward. So, there is an exchange — a shifting — and it is healthy and more balanced for you in the end.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) — You find people in your life whom you can shine your light with. This is what you need most of all, Scorpio. You come out of the deeper places to enjoy the lightheartedness that people whom you love and who love you give you the space to exist in. All the heavy stuff fades away and you delight in the joys of life.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) — You bask in the knowledge that you have done what you needed to do, Sag. There is no need to carry any burdens or to overextend yourself. You release your sense of obligation in order to move back into the flow of life. You do not need to exert any effort beyond being in your center and contributing how and where you want.
